Have you ever written a letter to your younger self? How did it make you feel?
As for me, this letter gave me an opportunity to reflect and honestly, gave me a chance to stop beating myself up over things I can't change. Life has to happen for wisdom to arrive.

I'm learning to be at peace and more than anything, trust the process.
