Show Notes

Today is an important day...Are you one of the 99 million Americans who have voted early? If not, you still have time. Make today count.

Many of us are suffering from Anticipatory Anxiety. We need resolve. However, while we are waiting for results, this is when you need to make sure you are taking care of your mental health.

Go Getter Gems to Manage Your Stress and Anxiety During Election Week:

  1. VOTE
  2. Turn off notifications and schedule when you catch your news updates
  3. Find trustworthy sources, there is a such thing as Media Bias. Find platforms that stick to the facts. Try BBC, The Guardian and certain programs on CNN.
  4. Find joy and laughter in each day to get your mind off of politics

**Extras to keep stress low and vibrate high:

  1. Exercise regularly to release stress and toxins
  2. Deep breathing allows you to reset
  3. Write it down - take notes, keep track of how you're feeling so you can celebrate how far you've come or where you need to make mental adjustments
